Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Counsel students via calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
Understand students’ academic background and career objectives
Provide detailed information about courses, universities, and admission procedures
Convert inquiries into admissions
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio
Maintain records of student interactions and update CRM regularly
Achieve monthly admission targets
Build and maintain relationships with students and parents
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any field (preferably in Education, Management, or related domain)
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Prior experience in EdTech or counselling is a plus
