Job Title: Email Process Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Process Executive to manage customer queries and concerns through email communication. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to maintain professionalism while handling customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain high-quality customer service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions.
- Follow company guidelines, policies, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure email responses are grammatically correct and professionally written.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security while handling customer information.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate.
- 6 month experience is needed
