Job Description -
Financial Data experience. Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros. VBA for automation, tooling, and support utilities to improve operational efficiency.
MS SQL with strong experience in: Writing and optimizing queries Stored procedures and functions Data investigation and troubleshooting
Desirable Skills Experience working in a 3rd line or L3 support environment. Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change).
Experience supporting business‑critical or data‑intensive systems.
Ability to work effectively in a delivery‑focused, client‑facing environment.
Soft Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. High attention to detail, especially when working with business data.
Clear and professional communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Education & Qualifications Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
Relevant technical or IT service management certifications are an advantage.
