Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior AI/GenAI Consultant (Healthcare) to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Cloud Technologies, and Enterprise Application Development, along with hands-on experience in the healthcare domain.
This role requires a blend of technical leadership, consulting expertise, and the ability to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions for healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents.
- Build scalable APIs, distributed systems, and data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain AI-powered healthcare solutions using Python and Java.
- Deploy and manage AI applications on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI model performance.
- Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, solution architecture, and client workshops.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery from solution design through deployment and support.
- Mentor development teams and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and healthcare technologies.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering and consulting experience.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and Java.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, Data Pipelines, and Distributed Systems.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Strong understanding of:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Prompt Engineering
- AI Agents / Agentic AI
- Generative AI frameworks
- Experience using AI productivity tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude, and similar platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing consulting experience.
