We are hiring a Business Development Executive / Manager who can identify new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online platforms, referrals, networking, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Pitch Webindia Masters services to potential clients in a professional and convincing manner.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to prepare suitable proposals and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, clients, and business partners.
- Follow up with leads regularly and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and potential industries for business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, proposals, and closures.
- Represent the company professionally in all client communications.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good understanding of business development, lead generation, and client handling.
- Ability to generate new business independently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, website development, SEO, social media marketing, or IT services will be an advantage.
- Confidence in speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven attitude.
- Ability to work with ownership and professionalism.
Candidate Profile

Compensation
We are open to offering a competitive salary package above the market standard for candidates who can deliver results. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, communication ability, and business development potential.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
