Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding online UG, PG, Diploma, and Certificate programs.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Recommend suitable programs based on individual career goals.
- Explain program features, admission process, eligibility, fee structure, and university offerings.
- Follow up with interested students and assist them throughout the admission journey.
- Maintain accurate student records and update interactions in the CRM system.
- Build long-term relationships through professional and consultative counseling.
- Consistently achieve admission and counseling targets while ensuring a positive student experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome;
- Candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Education Counseling, Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-centric personality.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
