Welnez Hygiene is a premium wellness retreat launching in Kozhikode. We're a 60,000 sq. ft. facility on 4 acres with 52 luxury rooms and 2 specialty dining outlets, offering comprehensive wellness programs. Our positioning combines clinical wellness excellence with luxury hospitality standards.
Your Role
We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Guest Relation Executive with prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering excellent guest service and ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Address guest queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth front office operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in hotel / hospitality industry.
- Only candidates with hotel or hospital experience will be considered.
- Good communication skills (English required; Hindi/Malayalam, Arabic is a plus).
- Pleasing personality and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle guests politely and confidently.
