Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Tender Executive with a strong background in the cables, conductors, or power transmission industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in handling government tenders independently through various Central & State e-procurement portals & IREPS.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate relevant government tenders through GeM and other e-procurement portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit technical and commercial bid documents.
- Handle the complete tender lifecycle independently, from tender identification to final submission and follow-up.
- Ensure timely submission of bids with complete compliance to tender requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical documents, commercial inputs, certifications, and approvals.
- Maintain tender documentation and records accurately.
- Follow up with government departments regarding tender status, clarifications, and correspondence.
- Monitor bid openings, results, amendments, and corrigenda.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and company requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Government Tender Management.
- Mandatory experience in the Cables, Conductors, Electrical, Power Transmission, or EPC industry.
- Excellent knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace).
- Hands-on experience with Central and State Government e-procurement portals.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, compliance, eligibility criteria, and bid submission processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PDF documentation.
