We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele Caller to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain company products, services, and offers clearly.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer follow-up.
Requirements
- Graduate or 12th pass (preferred).
- 1–2 years of telecalling, customer service, or sales experience (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is an advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, or Excel).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
