Role Overview:
The Bakery Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the bakery, ensuring high standards of product quality, customer service, and team performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for food and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate bakery staff, including scheduling and training.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor product quality and presentation.
- Drive sales through excellent customer service and promotional activities.
- Handle cash management, reporting, and store performance metrics.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail or food service management preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of bakery products and food safety practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
