Job Requirement – Executive, Business Development
We are looking for an Executive – Business Development for Ovum Hospitals Banashankari & HSR Layout.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral networks with pediatricians, gynecologists, hospitals, and clinics.
- Promote NICU and Pediatric services to healthcare professionals and the community.
- Build relationships with doctors, nursing homes, and corporate organizations.
- Coordinate outreach activities, CMEs, health camps, and awareness programs.
- Monitor referral trends and support patient conversion initiatives.
- Achieve business development targets for NICU and Pediatric services.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in healthcare marketing or business development.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in hospital marketing, preferably in NICU, Pediatrics, Mother & Child Care, or related specialties.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
