Primary Responsibilities:
Performing Patentability Study/ Novelty Searches
Performing Prior-art, Invalidation and Freedom to Operate searches
Preparing Examination / Office Action Response
Evidence of Use (EoU)
Discussing with inventors
Secondary Research & Competitive benchmarking
Managing Patent Portfolio
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience is Patent analysis field (Must).
Preferred patent drafting experience (Good to have).
Understanding of Technology
Good Communication and interpersonal skills
Good writing skills
Strong technical background.
Preferred: Prior experience within a IP law firm environment.
Education:
B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Telecomm, Computer Science or Mechancial Engg (Exclude Chemical Engg, Pharma, Biochemical etc)
