Training & Compensation 6 Months Paid Training ● Monthly Stipend up to ₹20,000* (based on monthly target achievement) ● Attractive performance incentives ● Practical exposure to sales, customer acquisition, and team development Post Training Benefits ● Fixed Salary of ₹40,000 per month ● Performance incentives and additional benefits ● Fast-track career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities ● Recruit and develop Customer Acquisition Officer (Affiliate) in assigned Territory. ● Promote Roslis Premium Membership Cards through Sales Officers. ● Generate new customer memberships and subscription enrollments. ● Build and maintain strong customer relationships. ● Support customer acquisition and retention activities. ● Coordinate with branch and marketing teams to achieve business targets. ● Drive monthly subscription growth through Sales Officer. ● Participate in promotional campaigns and field activities. ● Represent and strengthen the Roslis brand in the assigned territory. Eligibility Criteria Educational Qualification ● BBA ● B.Com ● BA ● B.Sc ● MBA ● Any Graduate Experience ● Fresh Graduates with strong communication skills ● Field Sales Professionals ● Retail Executives and Fashion Advisors ● Candidates with customer relationship experience ● Women candidates seeking career opportunities are encouraged to apply
