Brij Design is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Merchant to support day-to-day merchandising and order management activities.
- Assist in daily merchandising and order management activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and production teams.
- Follow up on orders, samples, production status, and deliveries.
- Maintain order details, product records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate sample development, approvals, and modifications.
- Track production schedules and ensure timely order completion.
- Communicate with vendors regarding materials, quantities, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and maintain order-related reports and MIS.
- Support senior team members in customer requirements and order execution.
- Ensure regular follow-ups and timely order status updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order and production-related issues.
✅ 2–3 years of relevant experience in Merchandising / Assistant Merchant / Merchant role
✅ Experience in Vendor Coordination, Order Management, or Production Coordination
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills
✅ Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines
✅ Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
