Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented PPC Bidder with 1.5–2 years of experience in online bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience generating business through platforms such as Upwork and possess a strong understanding of PPC and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Generate leads and acquire projects for PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Digital Marketing services.
- Prepare customized proposals and respond effectively to client requirements.
- Communicate with prospective clients to understand project scope and business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project estimation and solution planning.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and pricing with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Track leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue generation activities.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1.5–2 years of experience in IT Sales, Online Bidding, or Business Development.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and other bidding platforms.
- Good understanding of PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Digital Marketing services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proposal writing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in selling Digital Marketing services, especially PPC.
- Experience handling international clients.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
