Job Title: Accountant (2–4 Years Experience)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations for our automotive engine manufacturing unit in Pune. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting processes within manufacturing or industrial setups.
The role requires strong knowledge of statutory compliance, vendor management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchase, expenses, journal entries)
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Prepare GST returns, TDS calculations, and statutory compliance reports
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Maintain vendor payments and coordinate with suppliers
- Support internal and external audits
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking (preferably manufacturing cost understanding)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or relevant field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Experience in Tally / ERP software (SAP knowledge is an added advantage)
- Good understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Profile
- Experience in manufacturing / automotive sector
- Familiarity with inventory accounting and cost accounting
- Pune-based candidates preferred for immediate joining
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
