We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team in Delhi and manage end-to-end talent acquisition activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Partner with business and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and professional networks
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in Finance domain and IT domain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
