Position: Manager / Senior Manager – Safety
Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai (with frequent travel across sites)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical/Production/Chemical) with PDIS/ADIS from a Government-approved institute and professional qualification in EHS. Completed NEBOSH (IGC 1, 2, 3) and IOSH training with valid certification.
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in Safety, preferably in Manufacturing, Industrial, Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain environments.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Safety Manager/Senior Manager to drive safety excellence across our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and fostering a strong safety culture with a focus on Zero Harm and Zero Injury.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote health, safety, and environmental best practices across all company operations.
- Review and enhance Health, Safety, and Environment policies regularly.
- Develop and implement effective risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure site-specific safety policies, emergency response plans, and risk assessments are maintained and updated.
- Develop, review, and implement HSE procedures in line with industry best practices and statutory requirements.
- Provide professional guidance and technical support to management, leadership teams, and site operations regarding HSE compliance.
- Keep stakeholders informed of changes in HSE regulations, standards, and codes of practice.
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Plan and execute workplace safety audits and ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented.
- Monitor accident and incident statistics, identify trends, and implement preventive measures.
- Prepare and review risk assessments for all operational activities.
- Conduct safety induction programs for new employees and contractors.
- Ensure contractors, vendors, consultants, and visitors comply with company safety standards and statutory regulations.
- Perform regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
- Lead emergency preparedness and response initiatives across locations.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
