Key Responsibilities and Duties:
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities and reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and networking.
· Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to encourage retention and repeat business.
· Sales Strategy & Pitching:
Developing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs
· Market Research: Analyzing market trends, industry competitors, and potential new markets to identify growth opportunities.
· Negotiation: Managing sales negotiations to secure favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements.
· CRM & Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
· Collaboration: Working with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and improve service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Education: A degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Experience: Proven experience in sales, Business development, or a similar customer-facing role.
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for pitching and negotiation.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and understand complex customer needs.
· Soft Skills: High levels of resilience, networking ability, strategic thinking, and result-oriented mindset
