Job Summary

In this vital role, you will assist physicians by accurately transcribing and entering clinical information into electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring seamless documentation of patient encounters. The candidate should have good communication skills as they will be communicating with the patients and providers.
Duties
- Transcribe detailed physician-patient interactions in real-time, capturing vital signs, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions.
- Navigate and utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems efficiently to input accurate medical data.
- Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient histories, physical examinations, and procedural notes with clarity and accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive and organized medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and hospital policies.
- Support the medical team by verifying the completeness of documentation and clarifying any discrepancies or ambiguities in clinical notes.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency procedures to accurately interpret provider instructions.
- Perform transcription tasks with speed and accuracy using typing skills optimized for fast-paced clinical environments.
- Communicate with the patients and providers in the office
Experience
- Prior experience working in a medical office setting or as a medical scribe is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems used in healthcare facilities is essential.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and emergency room procedures enhances performance.
- Demonstrated ability to transcribe accurately under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with medical documentation standards and records management is advantageous.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy rates are necessary for efficient note-taking.
OFFICE TIMING: 5:30pm to 3:00am / 6.30pm to 4am
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
