- Monitor residents’ overall health conditions, vital signs (e.g., pulse, blood pressure, temperature) and report changes to doctors.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and injections on schedule.
- Assist doctors with medical procedures and routine medical checks.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment logs, and handover notes.
- Educate residents and families about care plans, medication instructions, and health maintenance.
- Ensure hygiene, safety, and infection control standards are followed.
- Prepare patients for clinical assessments and support rehabilitation routines.
