Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager for our Genuine Royal Enfield Spare Parts Distribution division. The candidate will be responsible for expanding dealer and mechanic networks, increasing spare parts sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving business growth targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand the market for Genuine Royal Enfield spare parts.
- Identify new business opportunities with retailers, workshops, mechanics, and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Promote new products, schemes, and offers to customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with warehouse and billing teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, collection reports, and market feedback.
- Ensure outstanding payment collections from customers.
- Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales or distribution preferred.
- Experience in motorcycle spare parts industry is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
- Valid driving license preferred.
