- Sales Generation: Meet or exceed monthly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Customer Service: Proactively engage with potential customers via phone or email, understand their requirements, and provide expert destination advice.
- Booking Management: Handle the entire booking process, including flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance.
- Itinerary Customization: Create tailored travel itineraries and quotes that match client preferences and budgets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of travel products, trends, and competitor offerings.
