The Role
We are seeking a dual-threat creative professional who is equally comfortable designing stunning static graphics and editing high-retention video content. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and editing multimedia content for various digital platforms, including social media (Instagram Reels, YouTube), marketing campaigns, and internal branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing: Edit short-form (Reels/Shorts) and long-form video content, ensuring pacing, audio mixing, color grading, and motion graphics align with the brand’s vision.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics, including social media posts, digital ads, banners, thumbnails, and marketing collateral.
- Content Conceptualization: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and storyboard visual ideas for campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets (both static and video) strictly adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
- Asset Management: Organize and manage raw footage, project files, and final renders efficiently.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (portfolio/showreel is mandatory).
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. (Experience with DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro is a bonus).
- Design & Pacing: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and video pacing/rhythm.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with current social media trends, viral formats, and digital marketing standard practices.
- Equipment: Ability to troubleshoot and work efficiently with professional editing hardware.
- Soft Skills: Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
