Role & Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, inquiries, and sales on
- IndiaMART
- and other e-commerce platforms.
- Respond promptly to customer queries, quotations, and negotiations with professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market demand.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, invoices, and client communications.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and company policies in all transactions.
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in
- pharmaceutical sales, e-commerce, or B2B platforms
- IndiaMART preferred & International Business preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of medicines, pharmaceutical products, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online marketplace dashboards.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
