Job Description – Academic Coordinator (Little DIno Play School)
We are looking for a passionate and organized Academic Coordinator to manage and oversee the academic activities of our play school. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of the curriculum, supporting teachers, monitoring children's progress, and maintaining strong communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor academic programs and curriculum activities.
- Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and teaching methodologies.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide feedback to improve teaching quality.
- Monitor children's learning and developmental progress.
- Organize teacher training sessions and professional development programs.
- Coordinate school events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain academic records, reports, and documentation.
- Communicate with parents regarding children's progress and school activities.
- Ensure a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Support admissions, parent meetings, and other school-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and academic standards.
- Work closely with the management team to improve educational quality and overall school performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
