Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and follow-ups.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain patient records, registration details, and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff for patient flow and scheduling.
- Handle billing, payment collection, receipts, and basic cash handling.
- Verify patient details, insurance information, and required documents.
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean, organised, and patient-friendly.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and clinic records.
- Manage incoming emails, messages, reports, and courier deliveries.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or clinic/hospital receptionist is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/clinic management software.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage patients professionally in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
