Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and construction plans.
- Develop 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Prepare space planning and interior/exterior design concepts.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, structural engineers, contractors, and site supervisors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor the progress of construction work.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building rules and regulations.
- Prepare material specifications and assist in project estimation.
- Review and approve architectural drawings before execution.
- Resolve design-related issues during construction.
- Ensure projects are completed according to approved designs and timelines.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other architectural software.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and building construction.
- Good knowledge of residential and commercial building design.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and construction teams.
- Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or relevant qualification.
- Relevant work experience in architectural design and construction projects is preferred.
Experience
- Fresher / Experienced candidates may apply.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
