Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client calls, following up on enquiries, and supporting business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients and leads
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally
- Follow up on pending quotations and projects
- Maintain client database and call records
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Prior experience in telecalling/customer support is preferred

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
