Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Social Media Script Writer to join our content team. The ideal candidate should have strong script writing skills with a deep understanding of short-form storytelling for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
As a Social Media Script Writer, you will play a key role in ideating and writing engaging, high-retention scripts that connect with audiences and align with the brand’s voice and content strategy.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Ideate and write engaging short-form scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media content.
- Develop compelling hooks, storytelling structures, and audience-focused narratives to maximize engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with editors and creative teams to produce high-performing social media content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, audience behavior, and platform algorithm changes.
- Ensure scripts align with brand tone, content goals, and target audience preferences.
- Review and refine scripts to maintain creativity, clarity, and quality standards.
- Analyze content performance, audience engagement, and feedback to improve future scripts.
- Contribute creative ideas and innovative storytelling approaches for social media growth and expertise to contribute to the continuous improvement of content creation processes.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong script writing and storytelling skills are mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form content formats.
- Knowledge of social media trends, audience psychology, and viral content strategies.
- Ability to write concise, engaging, and attention-grabbing scripts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in social media script writing or short-form content writing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form content scripts.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
