We are looking for an Email Campaign Specialist with 1 year of experience in email marketing, campaign management, or lead generation for B2B audiences. The ideal candidate would be a results-driven email marketing specialist with proven expertise in deliverability tools, conversion-focused copywriting, and campaign optimization & skilled in HubSpot operations.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in email marketing, campaign management, or lead generation for B2B audiences
- Proficiency in deliverability tools and practices (e.g., Warmup Inbox, Folderly, or equivalent)
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, conversion-focused email content
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting campaign metrics and optimizing performance
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, dashboards, reporting)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience running multi-channel campaigns (emails, webinars, digital events, LinkedIn outreach)
- Background in cybersecurity, IT services, or compliance consulting is a plus
- Design, build, and execute targeted email campaigns to support sales lead generation, webinars, seminars, and nurture programs
- Create and manage automated workflows, including onboarding, re-engagement drips, and event follow-ups
- Write clear, persuasive, and customer-focused email content aligned with campaign goals
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment in messaging, audience targeting, and timing
- Manage email marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, or equivalent.
- Monitor key deliverability metrics (bounce rates, open rates, click-through rates, spam complaints).
- Implement authentication best practices (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) to ensure inbox placement.
- Proactively identify and resolve deliverability issues related to list quality, sending frequency, or content.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs to optimize performance.
- Work with ESPs and third-party vendors to troubleshoot and improve email deliverability.
- Develop and maintain accurate CRM and email lists for precise campaign targeting.
- Define and implement lead qualification criteria in collaboration with Sales, ensuring seamless conversion workflows.
- Nurture prospects through drip campaigns, newsletters, and event-based sequences to accelerate pipeline progression.
- Track campaign performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to the Management.
- Use campaign data to refine targeting, improve personalization, and increase engagement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance overall email marketing and lead conversion performance.
