A Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for generating property sales by identifying potential buyers, promoting real estate projects, and guiding clients through the purchase process. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and site visits
- Promote residential/commercial properties to prospective buyers
- Conduct property tours and explain project features, pricing, and benefits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions
- Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor projects

Qualifications

- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered
