Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Specialists (BDSs)
✅ Manage lead generation programs and ensure SLA achievement
✅ Coordinate with clients and internal teams for successful delivery
✅ Drive revenue growth and achieve program targets
✅ Monitor program performance, profitability, and client satisfaction
✅ Forecast and report revenue performance and program health
✅ Identify opportunities for account expansion and business growth
✅ Implement processes and best practices for operational excellence
✅ Conduct training and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
