Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Store Incharge to manage daily store operations and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, basic knowledge of inventory management, and a sales-oriented approach. Candidates with experience in the medical or healthcare field will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and maintain smooth workflow
- Handle inventory management, stock tracking, and stock replenishment
- Assist customers and support sales activities
- Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing stock
- Coordinate with the sales team and management
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and proper product display
- Generate basic reports related to sales and inventory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred
- Experience in store management / sales preferred
- Candidates from medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical background will be preferred
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel
- Ability to join immediately
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
