Job Description:
We are hiring a detail-oriented Estimation/ Quantity Surveyor – Civil for our office-based construction projects, specializing in artificial sports court construction and infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents
- Prepare cost estimation, BOQ, quantity take-offs, and rate analysis
- Perform material take-off, budgeting, and cost control
- Coordinate with design, site, procurement, and project teams
- Maintain historical cost data for reference
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
- 2 – 5 years experience in estimation / quantity surveying
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, and estimation software(preffered)
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs Key Competencies
- Attention to detail
- Time management
Responsibilities include quantity take-off, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis and MS Excel.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
