Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the textile and garment industry to lead and oversee sales operations across multiple branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing effective sales strategies, managing branch performance, and expanding the customer base. Strong leadership, market knowledge of the textile industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and key customers are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the sales operations of all 6 branches.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Monitor branch-wise sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Lead, guide, and motivate branch sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular branch visits to review sales activities and provide support.
- Identify new business opportunities and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality service across all branches.
- Coordinate with branch managers to resolve sales-related challenges.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct sales review meetings and provide training and coaching to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, with experience in managing multiple branches or teams preferred.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and leading sales teams.
Required Skills

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
