Job Summary:
Calimontex Technologies is looking for US Talent Acquisition Executives with experience in hiring and marketing of candidates for the US job market.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and market OPT/CPT, F1,H1B, L1 and other non immigrant candidates for roles based in US.
- Work with vendors, clients, and implementation partners
- Screen profiles and submit candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow up
Requirements:
- Experience in OPT/CPT recruitment or marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of US work authorization (OPT, CPT, H1B)
- Good English communication skills
- Experience with LinkedIn, job portals, and vendor calls
Shift: US Shift (Evening/Night IST) 07:30PM to 04:30AM, Monday to Friday
