Role Summary
The Head – Projects & Execution will be responsible for leading and overseeing all ongoing interior fit-out and turnkey projects across locations. The role requires a strong leader who can manage project teams, ensure timely execution, maintain quality standards, control costs, and drive successful project handovers while serving as the key point of contact for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple interior fit-out and turnkey projects.
- Manage Project Managers, Site In-Charges, Supervisors, and execution teams across sites.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per client expectations.
- Develop project schedules, execution plans, and manpower deployment strategies.
- Monitor daily site progress and establish strong reporting systems.
- Resolve project and site challenges proactively to avoid delays.
- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Commercial, and Quality teams for seamless execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
- Track project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Build accountability and performance culture across project teams.
Candidate Profile
- 6-7 years of experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, turnkey contracting, or design-build projects.
- Proven experience handling multiple concurrent projects and large execution teams.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, BOQ management, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural,and MEP drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Educational background in Architecture
