Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented Tele caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads, handle loan recovery, promote products/services, and provide excellent customer support. Candidates with prior experience in tele calling, especially in NBFC, Finance, or BFSI sector, will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound/ inbound calls to promote products or services.
· Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
· Answer customer queries and provide relevant information.
· Achieve daily and monthly calling/ recovery targets.
· Maintain a positive, professional demeanour at all times.
· Required SkillsGood verbal communication skills.
· Basic computer knowledge.
· Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
· Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
· Experience in NBFC / Finance / BFSI industry will be an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
