- Customer Relationship & Strategy: Build and maintain profitable relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction. Develop retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- CRM System Administration: Manage the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and user access. Implement workflows and automation to streamline sales/marketing.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer behavior, usage patterns, and campaign performance to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Marketing & Sales Support: Create targeted, personalized marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation. Support sales teams with lead management and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
- Reporting: Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs (key performance indicators) and monitor team performance.
