Role Overview:
We are hiring a skilled Garment Finishing / Steam Press Operator for garment ironing and finishing operations. The person will be responsible for delivering properly pressed garments while maintaining production speed and quality.
What You Will Do:
- Perform steam pressing and ironing of garments.
- Prepare garments for final packing or dispatch.
- Select suitable pressing techniques based on fabric type.
- Remove wrinkles, creases, and folding marks.
- Inspect finished garments for quality.
- Handle pressing equipment carefully and report equipment issues.
- Maintain the pressing area in clean and organized condition.
- Achieve daily production and quality requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in ironing, garment finishing, laundry, dry cleaning, or apparel production is an advantage.
- Knowledge of different garment materials and pressing methods.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work according to assigned shifts.
Compensation: ₹20,000 to ₹39,000 per month based on experience, technical skill, and performance.
Pay: ₹20,000.13 - ₹39,000.00 per month
