Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and selection. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good candidate-handling ability and a passion for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other recruitment channels.
* Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
* Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Maintain and regularly update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
* Ensure timely closure of assigned positions.
* Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
What We're Looking For
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1 – 2 Years of experience in recruitment/HR.
* MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good coordination and follow-up skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office.
* Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
* Good time management and attention to detail.
* Self-motivated and willing to learn.
