Job Description :
We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 4-10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the P&L of a designated Business Unit, while also focusing on enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Reporting to the HR Head, the HRBP will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and partnering with senior leadership to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Resource Utilization & Optimization: Take ownership of the human resource management cost optimization of the business unit.
2. Employee Feedback and Attrition Analysis: Collect and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports on attrition rates and conduct root cause analysis to develop proactive solutions.
3. Internal Surveys an Strategic Consulting: Design and conduct internal surveys to gauge employee satisfaction, engagement, and alignment with organizational goals. Provide strategic consulting to senior leadership on people and organizational development initiatives.
4. Coaching and Development: Offer coaching and mentorship to managers and employees, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
5. HR Strategy Development: Partner with senior leadership and department managers to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
6. Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions. Conduct investigations and recommend solutions to resolve employee concerns or grievances.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Human Resources Full time
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and strategic HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of PMS management and financial analysis.
- Proven track record in employee engagement, retention, and talent management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
