Position: Cheese Production Assistant / Trainee
Qualification: Minimum 12th standard; Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology or Food Technology will be preferred. Freshers are welcome.
Preferred Candidate:
- Diploma/Degree in Dairy Technology is preferred.
- Freshers with a genuine interest in cheese making and dairy processing can also apply.
- Should be willing to learn practical cheese-making skills.
- Basic understanding of hygiene, food safety and dairy processing would be an advantage.
- Should be responsible, attentive and comfortable working in a production environment.
The primary focus of this position will be cheese production and handling, so candidates who are genuinely interested in learning cheese making and dairy processing would be preferred.
