About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team. The primary responsibility will be editing engaging short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The role will also involve occasional editing of long-form content, including podcasts, interviews, and YouTube videos.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for social media platforms.
- Edit long-form videos when required.
- Add captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects, and background music where appropriate.
- Ensure videos are optimized for audience engagement and retention.
- Maintain consistent quality and brand guidelines across all content.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to deliver outstanding work.
Requirements
- Experience editing short-form content for social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Strong understanding of social media content trends.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Motion graphics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
