Key Responsibilities1. Store Operations
- Oversee day-to-day store operations.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure all SOPs are followed by staff.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance issues.
2. Sales & Revenue
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Increase average order value through upselling and cross-selling.
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
- Monitor sales trends and recommend strategies to improve revenue.
3. Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Ensure timely service and order accuracy.
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
4. Staff Management
- Supervise sales staff and support team.
- Prepare employee duty rosters and shift schedules.
- Train new employees on company SOPs.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and grooming.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Motivate employees to achieve store targets.
5. Inventory Management
- Monitor stock levels daily.
- Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
- Prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
- Minimize product wastage.
- Verify daily stock receipts from the production kitchen.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock audits.
6. Cash & Billing
- Ensure accurate billing and cash handling.
- Verify daily cash collections.
- Prepare daily sales reports.
- Deposit cash as per company policy.
- Prevent billing errors and financial discrepancies.
7. Product Quality
- Ensure all cakes and pastries meet company quality standards.
- Check freshness, presentation, and expiry times.
- Remove damaged or expired products immediately.
- Coordinate with the production team regarding product requirements.
8. Hygiene & Safety
- Maintain food safety standards.
- Ensure staff follow personal hygiene practices.
- Monitor cleaning schedules.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
9. Reporting
Submit daily reports including:
- Sales Report
- Cash Report
- UPI/Card Collection Report
- Inventory Report

10. Loss Prevention
- Prevent theft and pilferage.
- Monitor CCTV where applicable.
- Ensure accurate stock reconciliation.
- Investigate inventory variances.

Required Qualifications
