We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our dynamic team at Resonance Integrated Solutions Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, vendor selection, negotiation, follow up relationships and sourcing strategies to optimize procurement operations.
Responsibilities
- Raise Enquiries
- Get Offers from Suppliers
- Making Technical and commercial comparative
- New Vendor Search
- Follow up for deliveries from Vendor
- Coordinate with cross functional team for inspections
- Initiate payment process and keep records for same
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audits and reporting purposes.
Required:
- Mechanical Diploma Holder
- 2-3 years of experience in purchase department under manager but with independent capabilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools, along with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred work experience in sugar, chemical, mining, cement, Oil & Gas, Paper

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
