Roles and Responsibilities.
1 Need to generate leads via social media, tele calling in share market field.
2 Daily basis to do tele calling and status updates in CRM.
3 Daily basis need to clear follow ups should not be in escalated leads.
4 If one client ready to open account need fix with him appointment.
5 RO should verify all the kyc documents before entering EKYC .
6 Once client opened with us need to give basic demo RO should share client ID , Back office client process pay in and pay out methods.
7 Client feedback update by weekly Saturday need to update in CRM.
8 RO should keep good relationship with clients and should his/her clients with good and soft manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
