Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong experience in data analytics and reporting. This role involves working closely with US-based stakeholders to deliver accurate, scalable, and high-performance BI solutions that support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Translate business requirements into scalable data models and semantic layers
- Build and optimize complex DAX calculations for KPIs and business metrics
- Perform data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency of reports
- Develop and maintain ETL processes from multiple data sources (ERP, CRM, databases, data warehouses)
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and ensure adherence to data governance policies
- Collaborate with stakeholders during CST overlap for requirement gathering and issue resolution
- Optimize report performance and efficiently manage large datasets
- Maintain documentation for data models, reports, and processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in BI/Data Analytics with strong Power BI expertise
- Strong proficiency in:
- DAX (advanced level)
- Power Query (M)
- Data modeling (star schema, normalization/denormalization)
- Solid experience with SQL and handling diverse data sources
- Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data quality
- Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore model
- Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, CRM tools, etc.)
- Exposure to data warehousing and cloud platforms (Azure, Snowflake, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI Service, deployment pipelines, and governance
- Microsoft certification (PL-300) preferred
Nice to Have
- Experience in data governance, compliance, or audit-related reporting
- Exposure to business analytics across domains (sales, operations, supply chain, etc.)
- Prior experience working with US-based clients
Shifts:
2 PM to 11 PM with minimum 3–4 hours overlap with US CST time zone
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
