We're looking for an energetic, friendly, and service-oriented Barista / All-Rounder to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with coffee, interacting with guests, and helping across different areas of café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages to recipe standards.
- Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient customer service.
- Take orders, process payments, and handle POS operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and café floor.
- Assist with food service, table clearing, and guest support when required.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Support opening and closing duties.
- Work collaboratively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista, café crew member, or in hospitality is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
