Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, particularly in IT and tech roles
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain and update HR databases and recruitment trackers
- Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and timelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment or generalist HR activities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
